The front-of-house staff are wonderfully polite and cheerful. However, this positive first impression does not make up for the ineffective treatment I've received from the NHS dentists here. A friendly smile means very little when you are dealing with overwhelming pain.
I have visited three times for the same tooth, and the severe pain has not subsided. I have now been living with this exhausting pain for three weeks, and it's making my life miserable. The only steps taken were an X-ray which revealed nothing and a quick camera check which also found nothing. Each time, a temporary "remedy" in the form of a paste was applied, and I was sent away. If you are in severe pain and need a real solution, I would personally advise you to look elsewhere.
