Fantastic dental practice where the staff really care and are super helpful. The kids are made to feel safe and comfortable coming in for their checkup. Would recommend!

I am a little anxious around dental treatment!
My regular dentist, Venay, is always gentle as is my hygienist, Ashish, who always numbs my gums so I feel very little discomfort.
Both are kind, considerate and understanding.

I recently visited Downing Dental Knowle with my son, and we both had a really positive experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us both feel completely at ease.
They were especially kind and reassuring with my son, which made such a difference. The premises were clean, inviting, and very welcoming, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere for us both.
We’re really pleased with the care we received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other families looking for a supportive and professional dental practice.

My son started his braces treatment with Dr Venay Verma at Downing Dental 2 years ago and I am happy to share that he completed the treatment, and the alignment looks amazing. Dr Venay guided us every step of the way starting with explaining us the process, the commitment needed and supporting us throughout this journey. He was always available if we had questions or concerns. He is extremely passionate in what he does, and he takes utmost care of his patients. He is someone you can trust blindfolded! I can’t recommend him enough!

As a very nervous patient having experience previous trauma at a previous dental practice, I have absolute faith with the service and treatment I received from Venay. He treated me with patience and care and made sure I felt comfortable at all times. For me personally, the whole experience and guidance towards treatment options was made in a friendly and caring manner and could have cried with relief once he'd given me my options. The whole experience has given me back some confidence, although still a very nervous patient, and can't recommend him enough.

I recently had some fillings done with Jamini and Maddie, and I couldn’t be more grateful for how kind and reassuring they were. I was extremely nervous, but they were both so calm, patient, and lovely throughout the whole appointment. Jamini worked very efficiently but was always happy to stop whenever I needed a break, which made a huge difference. Thanks to their care and understanding, I’m no longer as anxious about coming back for further treatment. Highly recommend.

I'm always very anxious at the dentist. I especially find the hygienist appts unpleasant, after a particularly traumatic experience at 76 Dental in Water Orton! The hygienist at Downing Dental was excellent and she did her best to be as gentle as possible. I also highly recommend Vanshika Patel

We have always had a 1st class experience from Ajay and the team. Excellent advice and caring service. The receptionists are welcoming and friendly. We have been patients for 10+ years and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Well done to all

I've been going to this dentist for 20 years, my original dentist moved and hadnt been so impressed last few years but last 2 times have seen Dr Patel, she's helpful and knowledgeable so thank you.
